Conference attendees may reserve guest rooms at the Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach during the 2026 RTCM Annual Assembly & Conference and the 2026 Digital@Sea North America Conference.

All guest rooms offer modern comforts and convenient amenities, with most featuring ocean views.  Junior Suites provide a larger layout with park views and a sofa bed, though availability is very limited.

Sonesta Conference Rate – approx. $202/night

  • Discounted conference rate available until April 8, 2026.
  • An additional charge of $20 per room night applies for each guest exceeding double occupancy (up to 4 total)
  • Deposit of one night’s room + taxes required at booking.
  • Cancellation must be made 3 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty.
  • Parking and incidental charges (plus taxes) collected onsite by Sonesta.

ROOM & AMENITIES INFORMATION
We strongly encourage guests to make hotel reservations early, as discounted rooms are limited and expected to sell out quickly. This beachfront property is highly sought after, and securing your room in advance ensures you benefit from the special conference rate. Please note that the discounted rate applies only to a set number of rooms and specific dates.
  • Reserve your room today to guarantee availability and savings.
  • Rates apply to up to two guests (king bed or two doubles). Additional guests incur extra charges.
  • All rooms feature ocean views, with perspectives varying by floor level.
  • Standard check‑in: 4 PM | Check‑out: 11 AM. Early check‑in available if rooms are ready; arrivals before noon may require booking the prior night.

SONESTA's ROOM INFORMATION & TERMS

Check‑In & Check‑Out Information:

  • Early Check‑In: Conference attendees are not charged an early check‑in fee. If your room is ready upon arrival, you may check in at no additional cost.
  • Arrival Before Noon: Please note that rooms are unlikely to be available before 12:00 PM unless reserved for the prior night.
  • Standard Times: Regular check‑in begins at 4:00 PM, and check‑out is at 11:00 AM.
  • For conference attendees, there is no early check in fee.  If the room is available, you can check in, however, if you are arriving to the hotel before Noon, the room most likely will not be available unless it is guaranteed the night before.  Normally check in is 4pm, check out is 11am. 

Resort Fee (waived for Conference Attendees) Includes:

  • Two beach chairs per day (umbrella not included)
  • Two bottled waters upon arrival

GOVERNMENT RATE ROOMS 

Because the Sonesta was only able to offer a very small number of government‑rate rooms — and only for the four contracted nights, Monday through Thursday — those rooms have already been fully allocated.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.  The Sonesta typically does not offer the federal per diem rate, which is why availability was limited and restricted to those specific nights.

In addition to the confirmed per diem options listed below, attendees are also encouraged to review this attached document, which includes additional details on each hotel as well as transportation notes and other helpful travel information.

Several nearby Per Diem Hotel Options: 

  • Holiday Inn Express Ft. Lauderdale Airport/Cruise – Free airport shuttle
  • Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port – Paid shuttle available

In addition to these confirmed per diem options, attendees are also encouraged to check nearby hotels that may offer standard rates at or below the per diem amount.  Several smaller boutique and budget‑friendly properties in the surrounding area often fall within this price range, depending on availability and demand.

If you plan to drive to the Sonesta for conference sessions, parking is available at the RTCM discounted rate of $25/day.

Parking Information

  • Valet Parking Only: On‑property self‑parking is not available.
  • Discounted Conference Rate: $25 per vehicle, per night (plus tax) for all registered conference attendees.
  • Availability: Overnight valet parking is offered to hotel guests at the discounted rate, subject to availability in the hotel lot. Valet parking is not guaranteed.
