Conferences!  Both events are taking place simultaneously at the stunning ONE OCEAN Resort & Spa, nestled along the sunny beaches of Atlantic Beach, Florida.  Expect to be wowed by awe-inspiring technical sessions, meetings, and workshops at both conferences.

The RTCM Annual Assembly & Conference is scheduled to take place on Monday, May 6th and Tuesday, May 7th.  Additional meetings such as Special Committee Meetings, GMDSS Task Force, and Beacon Manufacturer's Workshop (BMW) will take place from May 8th through May 10th.

In contrast, the Digital@Sea North America Conference and Workshop Days are planned for Wednesday, May 8th, and Thursday, May 9th.  A special discounted rate is available for registering for both conferences.  Please see the registration form for additional information.  

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

We highly recommend making hotel reservations in advance due to the limited availability of discounted rooms.  This beachfront boutique hotel is anticipated to attract significant interest, and therefore, early booking is encouraged.  It's worth noting that the discounted rate is applicable only for a restricted number of rooms and specific dates.  Secure your reservation today to take advantage of this offer.

Hotel Terms and Conditions

  • Rate per night $192/night for Deluxe View (Coastal) King or Double room. Deluxe View Rooms offer a partial coastline view of the Atlantic Ocean visible through the floor to ceiling windows. Deluxe rooms look North or South down the coastline but do not feature a balcony.
  • Additionally, there is a conference discounted resort fee rate of $15/night, as well as additional lodging and sales taxes.
  • Resort Fee Includes:

      • Two beach chairs and beach umbrella per day**
      • Two bicycles for two hours per day"**

Guarantee Policy: A deposit of one night's room, tax, and resort fee is required at the time of booking.

Cancel Policy: Reservation must be cancelled 3 days prior to arrival by 3PM to avoid a one-night room, resort fee and sales tax penalty.

Per Diem Rooms:  UPDATE:  There are no Government Rate/Per Diem Rooms available at this time.      

Please Note:  Discounted room rates are for registered attendees of either the RTCM or Digital@Sea conference or both.  Failure to register for the conference prior to your first room night will invalidate the discounted room rate and may result in cancellation of the reservation.
